About Hackapath
Hackapath connects ambitious founders, corporates, and investors across Africa to high-value partnerships that unlock sustainable growth. We work at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping our clients navigate market expansion, build profitable partnerships, and access strategic networks.
Our work is grounded in trust, deep market knowledge, and a belief that Africa's economy becomes a powerhouse through intentional cross-border and cross-sector collaboration.
The Role
As Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll steward the organisation's strategic narrative, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement to drive growth.
You'll take partnership stories, market insights, event outcomes, and client wins and translate them into compelling narratives that resonate with founders, executives, and decision-makers across the continent. You'll own the full arc: from strategy through execution.
This is not a creative-only role. You'll manage campaigns, analyse performance, and make data-informed decisions about what works. But the heart of your work is clarity—the ability to extract what matters from substantive business work and communicate it with both precision and personality.
You'll work closely with Hackapath's leadership and communications advisor (who support your onboarding into our voice and strategic priorities). You'll have the creative freedom to bring your perspective to the work, to actualise the goals of a clearly defined strategy and brand framework.
What success looks like:
Stakeholders consistently see Hackapath as a credible, thoughtful voice in Africa's partnership and expansion space
Campaigns drive measurable awareness, lead quality, and engagement with our target audiences
Content consistently reflects our values and the ambition of the work we do
You've become an independent, confident executor who holds together the organisation's communications as we scale
